Admission at Al Risalah International School

At Al Risalah International School, we believe education is a partnership between the school and parents to nurture children academically, morally, socially, and spiritually in a safe, faith-centered environment.
We warmly encourage parents to visit the school before applying to understand our vision, teaching approach, and learning environment. As seats are limited to ensure quality learning and individual attention, early admission is highly encouraged.

Admission Process

Inquiry & School Visit

Parents are encouraged to contact the school office to learn about our programs, curriculum, facilities, admission requirements, and fee structure. Families may also schedule a school visit to explore the classrooms and learning environment.

Admission Form Submission

Parents must collect the admission form from the school office and submit the completed form. After submission, the school will inform parents about the student’s assessment date.

Student Assessment & Parent Meeting

Depending on the child’s age and grade level, students may attend an informal assessment or interaction session.
For preschool learners, assessments are observation-based and focus on communication, readiness, and developmental skills in a friendly environment.
Parents may also meet with the school team so we can better understand the child’s needs and build a strong partnership with the family.

Admission Confirmation & Fee Payment

Once admission is approved, parents will receive confirmation from the school office. Students who successfully pass the assessment must submit the required documents and complete the admission fees within the given deadline to confirm seat reservation. Admissions are confirmed on a first come, first served basis due to limited seats.

  • Copy of the child’s birth certificate
  • Copy of vaccination/immunization card
  • Previous school report cards (if applicable)
  • Transfer certificate from previous school (if applicable)
  • Copy of parent/guardian NID or passport
  • Achievement certificates (optional)

After Admission

After completing the admission process, Parents Will Receive Information About

  • Child’s joining date

Parent Orientation

Before classes begin, parents will attend an orientation session.This helps parents and children begin their journey with confidence and comfort.

  • Admission is subject to seat availability and completion of the admission process.
